Code Compliance: From ceiling height, to floor space ratio (FSR), building design, and environmental sustainability, your development will be up to code
Documentation: We work with you to finalise the designs and prepare all necessary documentation required for the CDC application, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, drainage plans and any other supporting documents.
Neighbour Notification: If required, we will notify adjoining property owners and occupiers about the proposed development in accordance with the notification requirements.
Consultation: Our team will collaborate with local council planning officers, design professionals, and other experts, to ensure that your proposed development is feasible, compliant, and aligned with local planning policies and objectives.
Environmental Assessment: We assess the potential environmental impacts of the proposed development and provide evidence that the development can be undertaken in an environmentally sustainable manner and comply with relevant environmental planning controls.
Building Standards: Your duplex will comply with all applicable building standards, including those related to structural integrity, fire safety, accessibility, energy efficiency, and acoustic performance.
